Quality Control-Ensuring Every TV Mount is Safe and Reliable
At Handy, quality is our top priority. With over 20 years of experience in TV mount production, we understand how important product safety, durability, and consistency are to our customers. That's why we follow strict quality control procedures throughout the entire production process-from raw materials to final packaging.
1. Raw Material Inspection
We carefully select steel, aluminum, and other materials from verified suppliers. All materials are checked for thickness, hardness, and surface condition before production begins.
2. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
During each stage of production-cutting, welding, bending, polishing, and painting-we conduct real-time inspections to ensure all parts meet design specifications. We use tools like calipers, gauges, and alignment jigs to maintain high precision.
3. Surface Treatment & Coating Check
All TV mounts go through anti-rust treatment and powder coating. We inspect the surface finish for smoothness, color consistency, and coating thickness to ensure long-lasting durability.
4. Assembly Inspection
Our experienced assembly team follows detailed SOPs to ensure all products are securely built and correctly installed. Torque testing, functional checks, and load testing are performed regularly.
5. Final Product Testing
Before packaging, each batch goes through comprehensive testing, including:
Load capacity tests
Tilt and swivel function tests
Safety lock mechanism check
Vibration and impact tests (for select models)
Salt spray testing (for surface durability)
6. Packaging Check
We inspect the packaging for correct labeling, accessories, instructions, and product protection. Customized packaging is also reviewed based on customer requirements.
