A new television mount designed specifically for recreational vehicles (RVs) and motorhomes has been launched. The mount addresses the unique challenges of mobile living through high-strength aluminum construction and precise engineering specifications tailored for road conditions.
Unlike standard steel mounts that add unnecessary weight to an RV's wall, the new mount is crafted entirely from aircraft-grade aluminum. This material choice significantly reduces overall load while delivering exceptional corrosion resistance-a critical benefit for RVs exposed to humidity, coastal air, and temperature swings. Despite its light weight, the mount boasts an impressive 30kg (66 lbs) weight capacity, accommodating most modern smart TVs up to 32 inches.
Engineers prioritized universal compatibility with flat-panel displays by designing the mount to support the VESA 100x100mm pattern. This ensures seamless attachment to the vast majority of smaller to mid-sized televisions found in RVs, including popular 24-inch to 43-inch models. The mounting plate is precision-machined to lock securely into place, preventing shifting during travel.
The standout feature of the Overland Pro-Series is its exceptional adjustability. The mount provides a wall distance ranging from 100mm to 695mm. At its most compact 100mm retracted position, the television sits safely against the wall for transit, protected from vibration and impact. When extended to the full 695mm, users gain complete freedom to position the screen for comfortable viewing from any area of the camper, kitchen, or dinette.
Further enhancing the viewing experience is the +/- 30-degree tilt function. This allows travelers to angle the screen downward or upward, eliminating glare from overhead lights or windows. Combined with the long extension arm, the tilt mechanism enables perfect line-of-sight whether the viewer is seated low on a sofa or standing at a countertop.
